Fitzpatrick's Garage Kildare was founded in 1951, in a small lane just off the Square in Kildare Town by Mr. Jimmy Fitzpatrick, an uncle of Andy Fitzpatrick, Managing Director of the Fitzpatrick's Garage Group. In 1968 the original business re-located to its current premises and head office on the Dublin Road, in Kildare Town.

I recently bought a car from this garage and was dealing with Shane. I found him to be extremely professional and helpful and he had endless patience with my endless questions.

Very helpful staff from the moment you go through the front door . Girl,on reception was lovely and very helpful. Owen took my car as soon as we arrived and arranged a lift for us with Matthew to coffee shop in town and also offered to collect us. He said they would call us as soon as my car was ready to go, and he did.
Owen also took the time to explain how the screen worked as I was not used to it and set up my phone.
I would highly recommend Fitzpatricks service it was a very efficient and pleasant experience  from start to finish.

I bought a toyota Avensis 2012 about 5 months ago, I just sent it for service for the first time since I bought it and the mechanic said the car is in perfect conditions, I traded my car in and Gary gave the best deal we both were happy with, I am really happy with my car! Bought a 2009 Ford Focus from N81 cars, said I’d wait a month to see how everything is. The car is amazing, drives great, no bumps or knocks anywhere and a set of new brakes. The car is clean every where and the head lamps aren’t frosty. Can’t wrong the car in anyway. Gary was also exceptional and answered any question. There was no way to haggle the price with him as there wasn’t a single fault. Gary also was sincere and let me know of an issue with the Ford bonnet latch for the model and offered to have it replaced for me, however I declined as i wasn’t looking to have it broken again. He gave me a screwdriver and showed me how to use it.

My husband and I moved to Ireland from the US in 2020. We knew no one and were overwhelmed with the relocation process. My husband found a car through done deal and we were lucky that Gary picked up the phone when we called. He helped us find the perfect vehicle and was so patient when we asked him a thousand questions. He is genuinely kind and goes so far above and beyond to help his customers. I would recommend n81 cars- and especially Gary- to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. I bought a 2005 VW Golf from Gary and he was so lovely throughout the whole process, he even delivered the car to me and that was a long journey! The car was and still is in perfect condition, a great starter car, the only problem I had was that the battery for it was too small but that was easily replaced with my mechanic. I’m very grateful for everything he did, and I’d definitely recommend people to buy from the business.

Bought an Opel Astra from Gary and love it. Gary was extremely helpful and knowledgable when I was shopping for the car. After I bought it, he went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. When I got the car home, I had a minor issue with one of the radiator pipes and he took care of everything and even regularly followed up to make sure everything was ok. Couldn’t recommend him more - an honest, genuine, decent guy.
